Return/Exchange Policy
Customers must receive prior approval before returning any merchandise for credit or exchange.  To receive an approval, us at:  pureessentialsupply@gmail.com or call 630-435-6307.  Returnable merchandise must be returned within 10 days upon receipt for a merchandise credit only.  No credit will be issued for merchandise that has been returned without an approval or returned merchandise that has been damaged or altered.  No credit will be issued for merchandise returned after 30 days of date on invoice.

Because our fragrance oils and soap making ingredients are used in personal care products, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.  We suggest that customers purchase small quantities first before ordering larger quantities.  A 20% restocking fee will apply to orders that are cancelled if the order has been processed for shipment.  Returned Item(s) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance on returned items.  Shipping fees are not refundable.  Our company in not responsible for returned merchandise damaged in shipment.

Damaged Merchandise
If your merchandise arrives damaged, call UPS at: 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) within 24 hours, the following business day after you receive the package to file a damaged merchandise claim.  Keep the box(s), the invoice and all packing material - UPS will need these items for their inspection. Failure to do so may cause your claim to be denied by UPS.  Also call us at: 630-435-6307, to report any damaged merchandise.

Methods of Payment
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders.  Our shopping cart does not provide an option for paying with a Check or Money Order. Customers wishing to pay by Check or Money Order can print out their order and send it along with payment to the address below. Customers can also place their order by phone by calling: 630-435-6307. We will not accept third party checks.  Paying by check could delay your order from being shipped until the check has cleared.  Checks that are returned are subject to a $20.00 returned check fee.

PLEASE NOTE: United Parcel Service (UPS) does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.  Please provide a complete street address - including any apartment or suite numbers.  If you have questions about shipping, contact us at: 630-435-6307 or email us at: pureessentialsupply@gmail.com.  Orders that are to be shipped outside the continental United States will be shipped via the United States Post Office.  Email us for details on shipping outside of the continental United States.  Include the items and quantities that you are interested in purchasing and a complete shipping address.

Address Correction Fee
Customers agree to the following terms and conditions.  Customer authorizes the company to charge their credit card or bill them an additional $5.00 per package for packages shipped UPS GROUND SERVICE and $10.00 per package for UPS 3 DAY SELECT, 2ND DAY AIR and NEXT DAY AIR SERVICE if the following applies:  The Customer provides an address that is deemed incorrect or incomplete by UPS - See note below.  Note:  An incomplete address is an address that has an apartment number, suite number, floor or any other pertinent information  associated with the address that should have been provided by the customer to insure proper delivery but had been omitted by the customer.

Since the conditions for use, handling, storage and disposal of these products are beyond our control, it is the user's responsibility both to determine safe conditions for use of these products and to assume liability for loss, injury, damage or expense arising out of the product's improper use.

Caution:  All products should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
